Upon receipt of payment, ownership and/or usage rights shall transfer to the client in accordance with the specific terms agreed between the parties, whether in whole or in part. The client will be provided with access to high-resolution, non-watermarked images upon payment and in accordance with the agreed licence or ownership arrangement. Prior to payment, the client may use low-resolution watermarked images free of charge for review, selection, and promotional purposes, provided that a clear and prominent credit to Dominic Broadley / Broadley-Photo is included wherever the images are published, displayed, or reproduced. Such credit must be readily visible and proportionate to the manner in which the images are used.
